"Jim Rollo's office failed us multiple times. We had insurance lapse that cost $768 because they failed to change our address and sent the notice to the wrong address. A different time, they failed to send the insurance notification to the DMV which was resolved, but caused a lapse in the meantime. He also failed to let me know that if I filed a claim with having other claims existing that they would then drop me. What do I need an agent for if you can't do these things? Completely disappointed in this office."
