"Our State Farm agent recently retired and we were lucky enough to end up with Jim Rollo as our new agent. This past July 3rd we were affected by the hail storm. Jim and his staff made us feel like we were a priority. Jim or Tracy were there to answer questions and eagerly assist in any way, through this process. Great local people you can sit down with face to face. I have been a State Farm customer since I got my drivers permit. They have stood behind me through a few unfortunate incidents over the last 45 years. Jim and Tracy make me feel very comfortable and with the high price of insurance lately, they make me feel like I’m getting a little something extra for my money, personal attention. "Jim Rollo's office failed us multiple times. We had insurance lapse that cost $768 because they failed to change our address and sent the notice to the wrong address. A different time, they failed to send the insurance notification to the DMV which was resolved, but caused a lapse in the meantime. He also failed to let me know that if I filed a claim with having other claims existing that they would then drop me. What do I need an agent for if you can't do these things? Completely disappointed in this office."

"A tree fell on my roof. It did not puncture the roof but caused minor leaking inside. State Farm paid for new shingles over most of my roof, as well as painting interior walls and carpeting. State Farm responded quickly with their payments. The work was contracted through ServPro. The work was done excellently. I am thoroughly pleased with State Farm and ServPro."
